Foundation Repair Marketing Agencies Worth a Call
By Luis Johnson, founder of Lunere Digital. Published
Thirteen foundation repair marketing agencies are below, with what each sells, what it charges where it prints a number, and the size of shop it fits. I pulled all of it off the agencies' own current pages, so you can open any claim and check me.
Lunere Digital publishes this page and Lunere is on the list, at the bottom, with the reason written out. I am not an agency and I say so there. You can read the method behind the ranking before you read the ranking, which is probably the right order.
The short version
- Four of these work only on foundation, waterproofing or crawl space work. Those are the ones that will not need teaching.
- Most agencies here do not publish a price at all, and the three that do are the easiest to compare.
- A retainer bills whether your calendar fills or not, which is the whole structural difference between an agency and a per booking arrangement.
- Ask who keeps the website, the ad account and the lead history when the contract ends, because the answer varies wildly.
- Hook Agency says a shop under $1M in revenue is not a fit for it, which is a useful filter published by somebody who loses money saying it.
What a foundation shop needs from an agency
Structural work is bought differently from a new roof. Most homeowners do not search for a pier job, they search for the crack above the window or the door that stopped shutting, and they are frightened of the number before they ever call. An agency that has only run plumbing campaigns will write ads for the wrong moment.
So the test is narrow. Does it know the symptom language, can it get you into the map pack and the verified ads unit, and does it hand you something you still own at the end. Everything else on an agency pitch deck is decoration.
The thirteen
Foundation Repair Marketing
The only agency here that says it works with one trade and nothing else: foundation repair, basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation and french drains. It runs the verified local ads unit, search engine work, search ads and site builds, and it is unusual in printing plans at all, with its SEO Growth tier at $2,450 a month and ad spend billed on top, per its own site. First because a specialist does not spend your first two months learning what a pier is.
ClickTrack Marketing
ClickTrack runs a flat fee and says most structural contractors sit between $2,000 and $5,000 a month, with the ad budget paid directly to Google and no cut taken from it, per its own page for this trade. It writes down that the domain, the site, the ad accounts, the profile and the lead data stay yours. Second because that combination, a flat fee with no spend markup and clean ownership, removes the two ways agency bills usually grow quietly.
Drip Dry SEO
Drip Dry describes itself as built exclusively for basement waterproofing and foundation repair contractors, and it limits each geographic market to one contractor, per its own crawl space page. The services are search, maps, search ads, websites and visibility inside AI answers. It says there are no long term contracts and it does not publish a price. The single-contractor-per-market rule is the reason to call early rather than later.
Foundational Marketing Hub
Another specialist, this one saying it works only in the foundation and waterproofing niche, with local search, profile work, paid ads, websites, social and follow-up automation aimed at turning enquiries into booked appointments, per its own site. There is no published price. Cost depends on territory and competition, and you get a proposal after a discovery call, which is normal for this group but worth knowing before you spend the hour.
Leadhub
Leadhub works only with home service companies and names foundation repair among the trades it serves, alongside air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pest control, windows and water softening, per its own site. It sells cost per lead management, search, paid ads, development, content, Yelp ads, connected television advertising and CRM integration. No price is published. It fits a bigger shop that wants several channels run by one house rather than a single tactic.
Hook Agency
Hook sells websites, search engine work, search ads and verified local ads management, with profile work, city landing pages and review generation around it. Its own foundation repair page says the agency is usually the best fit for contractors over $3M, and the lowest option on its own enquiry form reads "Under $1M, not a fit at this time". I rank it here rather than higher only because that floor rules out most of the shops reading this.
Footbridge Media
Footbridge has worked with contractors since 2004 and publishes its program at $249 a month with no contracts, per its own site. That buys a custom site, local search work, profile management, content, review management, a simple CRM, online scheduling and management of search and verified local ads. At that figure it is not going to outrun a specialist on a hard metro, but for a small shop with nothing running it is the cheapest honest start on this page.
Funnel Boost Media
Funnel Boost keeps a page specifically for foundation repair companies and sells three things on it: managed search ads worked weekly and monthly, local search engine work on content, coding and links, and foundation repair website builds. It publishes no price and links to contract terms, which tells you a term exists. Reasonable mid-market choice if you want one house holding the ads and the site together.
Center Growth
Center Growth sells a bundle rather than a service: a site its own developers build, search work aimed at the towns you serve, galleries, profile optimisation, review generation, search ads and reporting on jobs booked, per its own foundation repair page. It says it has generated more than 125,000 leads across service businesses. No price is published, and the budget options on its form are asking what you can spend rather than telling you what it costs.
Clicks Geek
Clicks Geek is a search and paid ads house that writes regularly about this trade, covering keyword research, ad writing and custom landing pages for foundation repair companies. Pricing comes through a short questionnaire rather than a page, and it advertises a partner program with zero upfront cost whose terms are not published. Worth a call if paid search is the only hole in your setup, and worth asking hard what the partner program takes.
RYNO Strategic Solutions
RYNO is merging with Blue Corona, and the combined business sells websites you own, paid media across search, the verified local unit and social, search engine work, profile management, 24 hour outsourced call answering and a reporting dashboard that ties revenue back to the source. Its published trade list does not name foundation repair, though it does name restoration, gutters and remodelling. Big, capable, and you would be one of many.
Scorpion
Scorpion is the largest name on this page, selling site development, search, visibility inside AI answers, advertising across the major platforms, reputation work, lead intake and revenue attribution. Its own home services page names electrical, heating and cooling, pest control, plumbing, landscaping and roofing, not foundation repair, and it says marketing technology and search work typically run on twelve month contracts while advertising is month to month. Twelve months is a long time to be wrong.
Lunere Digital
Mine, and last on purpose, because I am not an agency and you should not hire me as one. I do not build you a brand, I do not do your search rankings and I will not send you a monthly report about impressions. I run ads to homeowners in your own ad account, qualify them on a form before any calendar appears, and charge per booked qualified inspection that happens. If what you need is a website and a long term search position, every name above me is the better buy.
When A specialist agency on a retainer is the better buy
- You want to own the channel, so that in three years the calls keep coming when you stop paying anybody.
- You have the cash to carry six to twelve months of fees before search work pays for itself.
- Your brand matters locally, because you sell against two national roll-ups and you need to look like the local name.
- You already book enough work and the problem is margin, not an empty calendar, so cheaper jobs beat more jobs.
Where does an agency stop making sense?
When the retainer is bigger than the gross profit on the jobs it produced, which you only find out by counting. A $3,000 fee plus $3,000 of spend has to sign real work before it is anything other than a bill.
The way I see it, the split is simple. A retainer buys you an asset over time, and paying per booking buys you the calendar this month. A shop with open days and a thin bank account usually needs the second one first, and the first one once the money is boring.

Should I hire an agency or buy appointments?
Buy appointments when the estimator has open days and you need them filled this month. Hire an agency when the calendar is reasonably full and you want a channel that keeps working after you stop paying for it. Plenty of shops end up doing both, in that order.
Why are the two biggest agencies ranked near the bottom?
Because neither names foundation repair on its own trade list, and because one of them typically wants a twelve month term on the search side. Size is not the same thing as fit for a structural shop.
How do I check an agency really knows this trade?
Ask it to name the four symptoms homeowners describe when they call you, and ask what it would do differently for a pier job against a crawl space job. The answer takes thirty seconds to grade.
